In The Heart of Palm City

The 3.65 acre parcel on Sunset Trail has been owned by a local Palm City family for 20+ years.  In 2022, the owner engaged Engel & Volkers Broker JPaul Moore • CLA, ABR to consult on how the parcel could help meet the market demand for quality, new-construction homes in Palm City. 

Growth Plan Conformity

Consulting with JPaul, the owner diligently invested resources with highly regarded land planners & civil engineers to develop a site plan that would conform with Martin County's 1992 Comprehensive Growth Management Plan.  The plan would not require any zoning variances or negatively impact the Palm City that we all love.

Site Plan Approval.

After two years, the site plan was finalized to conform with every requirement.  Martin County Growth Management approved the site plan for 13 single-family homes.  Currently we are in discussions and negotating with several development/home builders seeking to develop and build out the project.
